The Atlancis Open Compute Project (OCP) Experience Center (AEC) is the first of its kind in Africa.

The AEC supports customer “what-if” scenarios around upgrades or changes in hardware and software technologies might mean to their key stakeholders. Atlancis Consultants will work with our clients to define the purpose of the customer-experience and the outcomes that will prove success. We will provide both technical and commercial reports based on the purpose and outcomes of the testing.

Customer testing can be performed within the physical location of the (AEC) or via remote connectivity.

At an entry level, customers can test existing workloads on OCP recognized hardware from Original Design Manufacturers (ODM) such as Wiwynn, Mitac and Edgecore. Disaggregated networking software such as SONiC, IP Infusion will also be made available for proof of concept and testing.

At more advanced levels, Atlancis will facilitate testing in the following open-source software environments:

• Atlancis OpenStack
• CINAbox
• Software Defined Data Center
